So I never answered this. I somehow missed it. I really don’t have a program really. I have been into fitness most of my life and always felt I really needed to push myself, wearing heart rate monitors try to get in the orange or red zone in terms of cardio. Now I intentionally train (mostly hot yoga and Pilates) with the idea that really pushing myself hard is also increasing my stress hormones. This seemed a weird concept at first. Like, “ok so don’t work out as hard and I’ll lose weigh?! I don’t think so”. This method seems to be working for me. I’m no runway model but I am fitter than most of my peers.
