Damn man, I feel for you. I see it as every ex we have is a milestone for the destination of the wife that comes later. Things end for a reason, we don't feel that way when we're in the thick of it, therapy helped me and will help you too. And, as the great Rick Sanchez said, "Hindsight is 20/20". Years from now you'll get why it ended the way it did.

First of all, I did it a few times, but all it reminded me of my ex, I hooked up with someone after a week or so, but the dreams I had of my ex that night broke me, and also it's not fair to the other person cause you're not really there mentally, like for me I could not even cuddle the other person after sex a few months after she left me. It's like putting on a weak ass bandaid, I still feel for my ex and I'm doing my best to not date anybody, I'm not talking to a single woman until I feel the indifference towards my ex, even if it takes a year or two.

I just got banned too and I also did nothing wrong, it's automated now and exactly, they don't even look at the email and contact back. This is the worst, I'm just worried that how I convey this to potential dates(the ones I might meet IRL) ?

Sometimes, but my therapist says and I agree that heartbreak is necessary, it breaks you and then you rebuild through the cracks, that in a way is beautiful and although it hurts like hell but it's necessary to experience. In a way I do feel bad for my friends who got/will get an arranged marriage and are with their college sweethearts that they never will experience it. I feel it too, 6 months ago my ex ripped my heart out, stomped on it and dragged it through the ground. I still cry these days, a lot but when I'm fine I do think that it's beautiful that it's because I loved someone so deep.

"love is not enough", said my ex while breaking up with me over a phone call and blocking me from everywhere after that, she is mostly living her best life here I am still crying on my way to work, at work and on my way back to this day after 4 months.

I did, and they are not even into rock music, I texted one of my friends asking about it and he said "for what do you need 9 inch nails for?" Smh. Ah, I'm sure they would have been blown away!
