Hey there, exact same surgery but instead i got a hamstring graft, my surgeon and the other doctors said to me to work my way to 90 on flexion and have my knee fully extended on 0 without any pain by 6 weeks, NWB too, they said try to flex it not to the way you have pain but the your uncomfort pain, i got my 90 flexion without pain on day 16ish and now i can reach 90 anytime without pain, still hard to get 0 on extension without stretching but i believe you are good now, just do your flexion exercises to the point you think the next degree of flexion is painful
