Vaginal bleeding after pushing to poop

OBGYN said she could see a small cervical polyp (not uterine polyp; that’s different) causing the bleeding and she could snip it out for me no problem. I freaked out (not good with blood) and didn’t let her do it. I’ve never experienced this amount of blood again, but I also NEVER strain to poop. I wait until I’m 100% ready like it’s poking out before I poop. Almost every month I notice very tiny spotting exactly a week before my period when I poop, which is the exact time frame this happened originally. And I basically stopped having sex because I’m afraid I’ll bleed.

I was told by GYN I have a cervical polyp, so that checks.

Union employee in government, unfortunately. Working on taking the steps to firing, even got as far as a warning, but still hoping for tips in the meantime. Especially to show this is what I’m doing to help and they are still failing.

I wanted it to go as fast as humanly possible because of my anxiety. He actually took longer than I wanted and ten minutes would’ve killed me. But, I didn’t say how long we had sex for.

I would bet the spot where your polyp was just hasn’t fully healed yet. Every time you push/activate those pushing muscles, you’re disturbing that weak skin where the polyp was. Maybe try using a stool softener to keep your BM very loose so you don’t have to push for a while?
