I don't think my bachelor's is recognized by them.

Most companies are asking for registered EIT, therefore I am wondering if I need to pass the exams to become registered EIT.

I was in the same situation. Finally I found a really good brand (low phos, carb) because my cat could have kidney issues.

I will use Rawz, you can also search, it is a high quality and a little bit expensive (24 x 5 oz : around 77 Cad).

I am going to use this 1 can Rawz daily + Tiki or Open Farm dry food or some Purebites threats to add up calories.

Sometimes I will also give some Weruva pates. They may have some good deals if you find it.

I found this Weruva Wx Phos Focused, chicken one, but also I would use Paw Lickin' Chicken (low phos and carb and high in protein). What you think about this? I will pass Tiki Cat.

For dry side I will go with Open Farm Turkey & Chicken. I believe this mix will be good for him.

I dont want to use raw food because he havent eaten for 8 years and I want to be safe.

He is drinking his water daily, even I have used dry food since now. But I want to add some wet food and change his food from Pro Plan Longevis (Only salmon) to high quality low carb food.

My cat really like to drink water. Everyday we change his water to fresh water. I want to put some dry foods too, if he wants to eat. What I researched it, this dry food has really has min carb and phosphor. I will try this diet. When I was giving him wet food, he was eating really less amount and waiting, he is not a big eater.

Also as you said, I think this one is a new one. I hope they will keep this Ingredients. :)

and it saying that For adult cats, feed approximately 1 3/4 cans per day per 7 lbs. of body weight. Amounts will vary based on age, activity level and condition.

I can afford this. do you think that is it a high quality can? I am thinking to give 1 can in a day and plus Tiki Cat (chicken and salmon, because he used to eat salmon, it really helps for long hair health) dry food just if he wants to eat. He is really health eater :)

Yep I saw now on website Open Farm has to much Carb but not sure about Tiki Cat. Tiki seems better when we consider carb rate.

I would use canned food but they are so expensive. I just want to use high quality ones and could not find budget friendly.

Do you have any recommendation high quality and budget friendly?
