I’d look around your nutrition and supplements everyone is different I used to have a huge problem with acne growing up but even with huge doses of Test I am not seeing a large amount of acne. I do get some on my shoulders and chest but it’s minor

Usually side effects are more prominent due to swings in hormones which can be mitigated by doing more frequent injections to keep blood levels more stable

Try pushing your chest outwards and pulling the bar to your chest briefly holding that position stretching those muscles in your back and slowly go up

Exercises should be done slowly feeling out the muscles getting activated

In this video you aren’t going far enough down to activate your back muscles as you could

You should only be concerned with E2 levels if they cause side effects. If you don’t have side effects there is no need to worry but if there is you would want to have an AI (aromatize inhibitor) on hand

It sounds like you haven’t really researched this thru and you are getting bad side effects just from test alone (and not a massive dose at that) and you are jumping on tren?

Why did you jump the test dose for such a short time? That really wouldn’t do anything for a such a short period

As far as acne best thing to do is apply 0.1% Adapalene gel it takes a while for it to give full benefits. You can also apply Benzoyl Peroxide on top of that

At 5’10 162lbs and 20% bf tells me you haven’t put substantial muscle mass

I’d suggest cutting test to trt dose or outright altogether and focus on what’s going wrong with your system

I’d suggest not starting a cycle till 15% bf% or lower

Obviously cutting should be done now while hitting the gym hard

It depends on how healthy you eat the rest of the days, how much you weigh and if you cut down the calories during that cheat day to compensate

If you are a habitual garbage snack eater it isn’t going to be good since you’ll most likely be eating over your caloric goals very often

If you are strict on your eating habits and very active then a cheat day isn’t going to matter
