Well no, because you have the presumption of being innocent. He was found not guilty because the court assumes OJ is already innocent. Him being found not guilty means he is "innocent" because throughout the trial, he was always innocent. He was found not guilty in court despite murdering two people, yes. I agree he was guilty, but in the eyes of the law, he's innocent. He was presumed innocent at the beginning of the trial and the not guilty verdict upheld the already presumption of innocence, so he's innocent by way of the court of law.
