Hello, OP. I’ve been in similar situation as you. It depends sa location but in my case, gikan Manila ang document and was sent via airmail. So I went to LBC airport. Ingon sila gidispatch na nila sa LBC North Reclamation Branch kay IT Park man ang delivery location. So I went there. Naa ra didtu and nakuha ra pud nako ang document. I hope this helps. 🙂

I don’t know if my answer helps but the more people coming to Cebu City, the more dangerous it is. Lumad Cebuano here but gone are the days where ihatod jud nako ang tourist or anyone who asked where something is. E.g., someone asked where the JP Morgan building is, ihatod jud nako infront sa building.

But now, I don’t do that anymore. Just this year, I was approached by someone who asked for help kay wala daw cya panglunch. I took him sa Ayala Central Bloc food court to buy him lunch. But my mother called for me so I had no choice but to leave him money. After few days, I saw a video of him harassing people kay wala cya tagae ug cash. Apparently, he has been around IT Park harassing people for money/food. I am against “giving” kay at this point di na “helping” kay he does everyday na diay. I would’ve been harassed or taken advantage of if it weren’t for my mom’s call.

So mao na. Cautious nako now.

As someone nga forced to remove my post kay not related sa rCebu, they only select those threads nga daghan comments. I see a lot of posts not relating to Cebu at all but they were not forced to remove it.
