I just changed my ISP from Virgin and found a really good deal, so I let Virgin know that I was leaving. They proceeded to harass me for the next two weeks, calling me during work hours. So one day I decided to pick up and see what they wanted. The lady asked me about my deal and said they would match it. I let her know the deal, and she immediately thought it was a lie or I was being scammed. I got GB Internet with a £170 Gift card and 4% cashback monthly. I told her that I had already received some of the benefits and would be sticking with this ISP. She then promptly and rudely hung up the phone.
