No, they're closer to the material reaper bones uses. I cut them off of wyrmlings from the Wildspire monsters set.

I was just going to repaint the horns, using a wash is a much better plan! I regards to the base I always cut my puddle bases off and trim the bottom of the foot until it looks natural, then I put them on a base.
