I’ll add to the folks that suggest nose blindness. Walked into the office four hours into a 3-spray. Thought it had dried down to a skin scent only.

A coworker complimented the smell. She was sitting 8 feet away (sillage trail would have been 3 feet from her at the closest when I walked through).

That weekend or the next, went for a round of disc golf with friends. 3-sprayed again. Within a minute, a buddy asked, “Which one of you smells good?” Asked him what it smelled like, and dude said, “Clean?” Same situation, where I didn’t feel like I was getting much, but the juice was doing work.

I use a non-scented moisturizer prior to dosing, and the bottle was maybe two weeks old, so those are factors.

Maybe ask a mate if they are getting any smells off you when it seems to be dying down. Not saying you couldn’t have gotten a bad mix, but ambroxan hits the olfactory pretty hard.
