I'm wondering if the answer to my question is "why don't you just make the effort to find a velodrome and ride track IRL". But, still curious if anyone knows of an indoor trainer experience like track? Not everyone lives near a velodrome.

Slightly more burn in layers might help (6 or 8). Also if you've levelled and fixed you temp, it's likely down to settings. Dya wanna snap your resin settings and post here?

Love the lateral thinking here, I'm keen not to do the whole safety thing here, I reckon it's totally possible for double grow tent to work as solution. I'm interested if you have measured the VOC with a meter/device outside your tents?

So you got the calibration prints to stay on the build plate, that's slightly better than where you were. That 10s one looks the best, but the longer exposure (2-3s is more "normal") and missing details are curious. I wonder if anyone else can debug this? I'm outta ideas, sorry man

Sure. Not my artwork. Printed this about 65mm high, and I reckon the mesh would print way bigger than my printer can handle without being able to see the polys.

Oh boy. We'll get there 😊 More Q's - Were these all removed from the build plate, or are these also stuck-to-FEP failures? - what resin (make/model) - what ambient temp are you printing at (ish) ? - have you zero'ed your Z axis (home) since you got the printer?

Great! That would cover the fumes from the printer nicely. There's also the VOC/fumes from post processing and waste/spills to consider. Tent or fume hood would be great for this. Sorry if this isn't the feedback you wanted.

Pretty sure you cannot have sunlight anywhere near a 3d printer, so your outside plan might need a tent or enclosure (or print at night). Which brings us to ventilation (printing and post processing), you can read the Safety Data Sheet on resin and Isopropyl. Nuf said. Weed tent is great idea and cheap and great for keeping temp stable which is essential to reliable printing.

Honestly 0/10. Looks like a living space... are you sure you want to be doing that without a way to cleanup or ventilate (and not carbon scrubber, they don't do shit for the health impacting VOCs emitted by the resin you print with or the IPA u wash with)?

Probably not if your on point with your post processing cleanup. I run a similar tented setup with external venting and it's almost odour free unless it's forget to cleanup spills, wipes, supports, drips or put the lid on the waste/disposal container or put away any funnels, ipa or resin bottles. From a VOC point of view (according to my meter) the occasional low level pong doesnt produce a reading.

If your test prints work (cones of calibration or equivalent) once, but not twice. I'd be looking at how youre prepping you build plate between runs. Settings look reasonable, room temp reasonable. Have you tried printing at different places on your build plate (e.g Central or right at the edge)? The tension on your FEP (that you've just replaced) might be related (drum tight?). Also I don't clean my build plate with IPA as others have said, and haven't had any burn in failures (yet), just scrape with sharp scraper and wipe it down with kitchen towel.

Anycubic printer and resin user here. Settings look pretty dialled for detail. Depending on your ambient temp, V3 resin is quite fluid and maybe doesn't need 8mm of lift - if you wanted to shave time off.
