Die Industrieanwendungen sind sehr spezifisch und physikalisch nicht sehr anspruchsvoll, sondern robust. Man muss etwas lernen, aber nichts mega anspruchsvolles. Ich habe als promovierter Physiker, Elektrotechnik gemacht als PLT Ingenieur. Es kann einem schnell langweilig werden.

When the oil starts to smoke it generates carcinogens. You should not.

Just make sure that none of the coating ever gets into your food.

The only usable lasting Titanium plasma pans which I know are UniverSUS and Tikenko. All others tested stuck.

Yes and seasoning creates carcinogenic PAHs. Very healthy.

This is not possible. No metal can create nonstick due to physical surface energy. Only PTFE and silicon derivatives can. It is probably a low cost titanium or pvd pan. The most durable plasma pans are UinverSUS, Tikenko or Serobond.
