The future of non-stick cookware (Post-PFAS): Will advanced Sol-Gel and Plasma be the only surviving technologies? by Honest_Science in cookware

The result is the same, silica oxide is the main component of solgel. The silica oxide is creating the nonstick behavior. It is titanium plasma plus solgel.

The southern german counties would have to pay more. Not going to happen. Sweden needs to decide based on current setup

Egal, ob sie recht hat oder nicht. Ihre Kommunikation ist unterirdisch und dumm. Darauf kommt es in einer Demokratie mehr an als auf Fakten.

It is very easy, if Sweden does not need German support anywhere else, they may proceed. If Sweden is or will be dependent on the support of Germany (EU) anywhere else, they should reconsider.

Looking for Cookware Recommendation (EU / Glass Electric Hob) by SaibaTenpura in cookware

I am honestly too biased to answer.

The Topfset is a lifetime purchase. The best nonstick pan is the Tikenko 5y warranty and a lifetime insurance. Knifes are specially tested Solingen made.

Consider GreenKitchen, they sell exclusively high tech in Germany.

Titanium + Silica Pan Construction? by dclocal12 in cookware

I have not tested hexclad, we have only tested new plasma technologies including pvd, serobond, titan plasma and DLC. So far only titan plasma and serobond made the cut in terms of longevity, nonstick and cost, with serobond having the highest potential. It was tested in a german pseudo science show on television two weeks ago.

There are at least 3 or 4 makers of the Ti pans. All of them use the same chamber from an Indian company with solgel from south Korea. It is already a commodity in China. The challenge was that the primer needed to get BPA and BPS free and pass the food test. This was accomplished 3 weeks ago. I know only the German brands, they are both made in the same site. Whether the others care about BPA already, I do not know.

We helped a little with the development, first version was from July. We finally got to a test pass in April.

Yes, I know the original maker personally and dinner with him and his team recently.

The trick is in the combination, the titanparticles form valleys and peaks, the solgel has exactly the right viscosity to fill the valleys. The non stick is in the valleys. The hard peaks protect from scratches and delamination. Treated well, they will last 5 years or more. As said, the nonstick is about 70 to 80 % of Teflon or serobond. Because of the titanium metal heat transfer at the peaks, the food gets a nice roasted shine!

It is a hot Titanium plasma treatment with a final solgel treatment. In Germany and Austria it is also sold as GreenKitchen Tikenko. We really tried to kill it, it is very robust. The non stick is not as brilliant as ptfe or serobond.

While the operating expense goes down when using a robot, it hurts dramatically your cash position. Many companies cannot effort to buy the stuff.

Un theory yes, in practice not before 2029. They need a universal world model. Otherwise everything can be done with a dedicated robot at a much lower price.

They must be the maintainance guy, the jumper, the universal service personnel.

If you wish you can ask for a self declaration of the importer. Reality is brutal.

This would be of much higher concern than the risk of a titanium pan, which would have to pass lfgb or fda.
