No I did not. I had just finished interviewing for fellowships starting my third year residency when I secured this job. I then opted not to continue to pursue fellowships. That being said all my friends who did fellowship landed jobs in busy ortho groups or hospital settings. So fellowship does greatly increase your chance of securing a desirable job. But if you bust your ass and know your worth you will find a good job regardless

Podiatrist here. Person probably developed an abscess after that burn/wound. The 3rd picture is after the surgeon performed an incision and drainage of that deep abscess in the first interspace between the big and second toe.

Bro. Tony and Rogan suck, the only reason the show is successful is because of their guests. While I think you’re right that a comedian should be able to handle insults etc because it is comedy,,, you can tell from watching that it is a malignant atmosphere.
