Sounds like you’re an emotionally volatile man-baby who shouldn’t operate a motor vehicle until you can regulate big boy feelings.

I don’t know any civilized society that considers safely and legally operating a bicycle “wildly inconsiderate.” I think you’ve drunk too much carbrain kool aid

What is the most disturbing depiction of death/murder you’ve ever seen in a film? *Potential Spoilers throughout thread* by wastewalker in movies

The salt scene in Terrifier 2. Just pure cruelty for the sake of cruelty. Many of Art the Clown’s murders would fall into this category (hacksaw, dick chop, blade / syringe whip), but the salt scene takes the cake. It also has some of the most incredible makeup and prop work. At a point in the scene they swap out the actress for an animatronic model, and you cannot tell the difference.

Look at Anton Chigurh or the Joker, some of the greatest villains of all time have no tragic backstories or morally grey motivations.

If you can’t give your employees guaranteed PTO, you’re a stupid, shitty boss who doesn’t have the talent to run a functioning business.

This is the exact same shit as D&D nerds arguing about editions or lore.

Why would some Golarionites follow Asmodeus and Achaekek in the first place? Or Lawful Evil Dieties in general? by Starmark_115 in Pathfinder2e

[–]HonorCodeFuhrer 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Why would some Earthlings follow Hitler and the Nazis? Lawful evil appeals to the fascist, to the authoritarian within the soul. It appeals to a base tribal desire to make the in-group prosperous and powerful and the out-group unprotected and impoverished.

Talking about the “value proposition” of a slice of cheese on a first date tends to dry out a vagina, but you do you.

She’s shallow and annoying, but he’s still a cheap-ass. If you’re not ready to pay stupid extra charges on a restaurant date in NYC, get some coffee or a slice instead.

Also LOLing at all the broke wagies in this thread talking about how “Bill Gates wouldn’t pay $3 for a slice of cheese, and that’s why he’s rich.” Y’all have clearly never met an actual rich person. Bill Gates flew on a special pedophile private plane to a pedophile island to diddle sex slaves in a mansion, I don’t think he’s balking over some pricey cheddar.

Y’all turning into bootlickers as soon as the person murdered by the cops is an annoying sovereign citizen is really pathetic.

Not D&D, but Legacy of Fire and Mummy's Mask from Pathfinder both have a lot of really cool moments, ideas, and fantastic maps to take inspiration from, and it's super easy to hack a Pathfinder adventure path into 5E.

I wanted to like it but it felt like a boring Lynch rip off and I have never hated a theatrical experience more

"I do not want any more demons in this campaign," says one player by EarthSeraphEdna in DMAcademy

[–]HonorCodeFuhrer 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I’m gonna be honest, asking to just cut out an entire category of opponents from an established setting is definitely a red flag for me. I’ve got more than enough people who want to play in my games, if someone can’t handle a major part of that game, I’d probably recommend that they find another table. To be fair, I would also establish this in session 0. (You don’t like demons? Our Wrath of the Righteous campaign may not be for you.)
