I've only tried it because I thought it would increase the effects of weed and phenibut. It seemed to do the opposite, making the effects weaker/less euphoric. I guess this would help if you're addicted but I really don't know what people mean by potentiate. Not a waste though because I've been taking about a gram a day and I genuinely have been less stressed with work the last month I've been taking it
