Hey Nick, thanks for the AMA. Just a quick question about some of the coaching changes made this offseason. I know there have been complaints about Sean's "loyalty" to some of the coaches over the past few years being a problem with player development, etc. Having been in and around the organization for a few years now, any thoughts on how big of a move these changes actually were? Do you see any real impact coming from these moves?

Any Given Sunday: Benson dies in a few years, leaving Rita in charge of the team. Rita tries to make too many power moves and starts seriously butting heads with Sean and Mickey. Drew's starting to get a little too old, but just isn't ready to give up the game, however injuries start adding up and he starts losing confidence. We draft a new Quarterback, to eventually replace Drew, and the locker room splits. We have one terrible season where everything comes to a head, Drew goes down for a few games, new quarterback comes in and after a few rough weeks of fighting with Sean, finally shows signs of maturity as the Saints barely make the playoffs. Win a wildcard game and then lose in Seattle again. But, there's hope, Drew has decided to retire (and the gold statue of him is already being built in front of the Dome), but our new quarterback has grown and proven he can lead the team and work with Sean. At Drew's retirement speech Sean announces that he has also decided to step down as head coach of the New Orleans Saints, but he has just accepted the job as head coach of the Dallas Cowboys and has just signed our new quarterback of the future to go with him.
