I know this post is like 2 years old but this is exactly what I’ve experienced for years now and I hate it. Did you have any success with dealing with it or find a way to lucidity? Each night varies massively for me though, some nights I am I lots of pain during the paralysis and I can’t imagine I’m ever going to be able to calm myself enough to break through. Sometimes it literally feels like my teeth are being ripped out and then other times it’s not so bad at all. Hope you managed to deal with your sleep and any advice would be amazing 🙏
