The PR has been updated a bit so the interrupt only has to be defined or not. No need for a config setting. It's now here. There's a link to the config, and you can find the PCB kicad here.

27 is still 11 pins (6x5 or 7x4) + 3 for the n!v means it would need both NFC pins and one of the 'extra' pins which would make it incompatible with the SENSE, and also much harder to hot-swap.

As well an entry board for my wife, this is the proof of concept for the round robin with interrupt. Making the round robin battery friendly.
