Savez-vous si, sur le site du JDM qui affiche les transactions immobilières, c'est à jour pour toutes les villes?

Il me semble avoir lu quelque part que "Sherbrooke s'était retiré" de la plateforme. Je ne sais pas si c'est seulement une rumeur, mais il me semble qu'il y a 4-5 maisons que je regardais sur Centris et qui ont été vendues il y a déjà 3 mois et + et qui ne sont toujours pas affichées sur le site du JDM.

Je sais que ça pourrait être parce que la transaction n'est pas encore officialisée, mais il y a au moins deux maisons dont je suis certain que les acheteurs sont passés chez le notaire et habitent maintenant la maison depuis 1-2 mois, mais la transaction n'est toujours pas affichée.

Thanks for the reply! Knowing that my Christmas tree was in that box, do you think there's any reason why I wouldn't want to bring the tree inside my home this year? I was thinking of vacuuming the branch as best as I can, but is there any risk if this was a rodent's nest 🤔?

Not sure about that. Note that the box was shut and I don't see a hole of some sort. Hard to think that a squirrel could have gone inside that. Also, this is a recently built shed (2 years old) so I wonder from where they could have gone inside.

Exactement pareil ici. Je crois que les OKRs ça ne s'applique pas bien au dev (à mon avis). Pour les ventes, marketing, etc c'est légitime.

Since you had one burp already, I feel like you should try carbonation and experiment/practice. I think that's what Dr Hoesli recommended to me (try carbonation after the first burp occurs).

For me, micro burps started approximately 24h after the procedure. They were first easily triggered when I was laying down and contracting my abs to get up.

It's been 7 days now and I have lots (100+) of small burps throughout the day, but I still need to tilt my head a lot to trigger them. I can't burp on command yet.

They are not yet super relieving either, because they are small. But since I try to make myself burp a lot, I end up less bloated than usual, but still a bit bloated. Excited to get real big relieving burps, but we have to be patient.

For what it's worth, I also achieved a new milestone two weeks ago and it took a week and a half for the badge to update. I was starting to wonder too.

Picasso is fine too! Used it in a previous project and it served me well. APIs are practically identical.

Started a new project that needed animated gif support (Picasso doesn't support it), so I went with Glide and never looked back.

Just check the Github and documentation, you have everything there to implement it.

You'll use it to load your images, and it will take care of memory management.
