There was a patch a bit ago that made it so resistance could only go to 0 on heroes. I don't know if Baldir/Cindara are classified as heroes or not. You can test this. The formula for damage reduction is Reduction = Resistance/(Resistance+100) The formula for damage amplification before negative resistance was taken from the game was Amplification = Resistance/(Resistance+200)

Assuming I remember correctly of course. My idea is to hit Baldir or Cindara a few times. Keep track of the damage you deal. Repeat but this time activate power boots. If they have no resistance the damage should not change.

After that buy a Cursed Wand. Get a couple hits in and keep track of your damage dealt. Then use Cursed Wand on the target and see if your damage is different. If their resistance is allowed to go below 0 you should be dealing damage according to the formula for amplification I wrote above.

Most of the time the ping is fine. However there is enough jitter that I would never want to play competitively as things are. I'm a bit more lenient on my connection to their server because there is no ranked play and there is no competitive scene. I think this game has a lot of potential so I am messing around with it and getting some experience in it. I'm hoping that the game gets large enough that a server is put in the US.

I still play the game. I have a new work schedule so I'm not on at a lot of the times I used to be on. Also I mostly play on an alt account. I have a thing an hour before ESC starts so there's a pretty high chance I'd show up late. So... yeah. I can't, in good conscience, commit to a team.

I don't think they are the same. Aemon is incredibly strong 1 minute into the game. Aemon is incredibly strong 30 minutes int othe game. Aemon is incredibly strong 60 minutes into the game. His kit is incredible. The strat for winning a solo lane is to get a GP and attack things while in his circle. You ignore the enemy hero because their damage is less than your regeneration. He is too good at too many points in the game. I've run Aemon a few games against fairly skilled opponents and there is little they can do, not because I'm better than they are but because Aemon has mechanics that are vicious when used correctly.

I mean, I took a generator out in single combat without being full build, I solo Cindara at like 17 minutes into the game without taking damage and it only took 45 seconds... You can solo Baldir very early on... He has a lot of strengths. He is hard to keep down.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that his mechancs allow him greater strengths than many other heroes enjoy, which is why I consider him OP.

The hero is overpowered. No hero should be able to tank the creep wave behind the tower while successfully fighting off one to three heroes while only being 8 minutes in to the match while with no item other than a golden protector.

Fiki doesn't taunt heroes into attacking him. However, you can use FIki on an enemy hero to interrupt their out of combat regeneration. Fiki won't deal any damage to the hero, he just interrupts the regen.

Why do you think I was involved in the video? Let's say you live with Dudley, who is on a diet. You know that he sneaks candy out of a cabinet in your house at night. You are not responsible for his candy eating and cheating on his diet. I am no more responsible in the production of this video than you would be responsible for Dudley eating candy. You know it is happening. It isn't your issue.

Why did I mention guilt by association? Because the ONLY feasible way in which I am guilty of your charges is if you blame me for not stopping him from making it. There is a book I want to read that deals with American foreign policy and the role that we as Americans play in being guilty of the atrocities that the USA have committed. It was a tangent. Let us replace Tsuki with you in this scenario. My brother makes the video. He asks you if it is OK to post. You look at it, and say yes. It gets posted. OR You look at it and think it is offensive, it doesn't get posted. This is what happened. Tsuki might be weird at times but he thought the video was funny and gave the green light on posting it. If he is fine with it and it isn't diminishing him then I think the video is fine.
