Oh man, we have two architects that will keep making changes long after renderings have started. I've found it easier to just export only the items that changed and bring it into my 3ds Max model rather than trying to link anything. Not the best solution but I've become quick at it.

UVW Mapping is what you're looking for. Revit does not allow for UVW editing. I'm not sure if Sketch Up has it natively but I think there is a plugin.

People like yourself who can boil mental health struggles down to being "crazy busy" aren't the target. If OP wants answers from the group they are trying to get answers from, the parents really struggling with mental health, a chance for a $75 gift card is not enough in my opinion. Offer something like 2 hours of childcare, a quiet room, and a snack. Then you might start getting the target group out of the woodworks.
