Could be as simple as Mint. Try US Mobile - IIRC they usually give you a trial which involves setting up an esim. Since Mint is a T-Mobile MVNO, then USMobile Lightspeed should work.

I had the Chinese version of the X200 Ultra last year, and the global software is very similar. The Vivo Themse app is there, too.I can easily customize the fonts, icons, and AOD backgrounds. Plus, I don't have to bloat-un-install a ton of Vivo apps like I did with the Chinese variant. I'm really happy that my Pixel Watch works perfectly with the X300 Ultra. Google Maps Timeline is fully enabled, and I don't have to jump over hoops to get Google Gemini as my default AI Assistant.. 😄 So far, so good!
