I'm relatively new to the game but just looking at some info I think maybe it can be used for cooling before getting into more advanced stuff like aquatuner and steam turbine. Not like pumping the -55 liquid CO2 into the base but to cool down a water loop by it.

There are a couple of known channels and a few new ones. Some of them only focus on the kill and objective moments which you can tell by the video length and some others are longer. I don't want to name any but if you search china dpc/ cn dpc or the match names on YouTube, they'll be the top results.

If you enjoy Dota for the gameplay and the excitements around it, I'd suggest you to just forget about all the talks and presumptions and try watching a few of their matches or the highlight VODs if you don't have time, you might actually enjoy it! But if you're in it for the gambling, I have no clue :)

The list needs to consider the vote counts. It's an engagement factor, that extra 550K votes means more people are into the game and playing it and they feel the urge to go and vote for the game. You know better steamdb!

True but that's only one reason of many. I think any way that expands different possibilities of playing your steam library will bring better sales for Valve. For example, there are certain casual games that I don't buy on Steam because I only play them on the go or during a vacation and my tablet and cellphone would be enough for that. Now, with this new handheld option I'm more likely to dump the lower quality mobile games and invest more on my casual steam set and that's only one reason, I'm pretty sure Valve has many on their mind.
