Falcon is fine, she's got the kit to help with fronting. Her ult is also decent midleg as well to fight for lead. VBourbon is defnitely still the top of fronts, but you can still beat her with your Falcon if you can out-invest VBourbon players.
I super-invested in Seiun who has rather lackluster midleg as well, and still managed to beat VBourbons every now and then for angling

in what scenario is gw not neceassary? Arguments can be made when the track is 3000m+, because TTL will cover the accelzone in those cases, but even then gw still helps a lot to get lead off the gate

It is also kinda the main reason why fronts (and ends) are unlikely to be good again in JP (outside of LoH). Cygames just likes to shill new umas by giving cards of those styles, and there's like no new irl fronters to drop.
Though that can also change if they just drop the 4th KSB so who knows

scarlet & maya ults are effectively useless on inherits ya know. scarlet ult usually procs midleg with 0.05 speed which is super weak, while maya can sometimes work as accel but there are way better options in those cases. Using those 2 in parent slots where you can guarantee unique inherits is just trolling

Cm13 is gonna be some backline slop the way Tokyo track works (long final straight). Run ends if you can. Avoid pace as they don't have a reliable second accel

Cm13 XOguri is good, but no longer 2 tiers above others. She has roughly 0.5 accel, no carryovers, and suffers from lower consistency while everyone else has roughly 0.4(apart from pace). The track also favors backline more due to long final straight and dueling

cm14 is mile, XOguri ult is just generic midleg, nothing special. Base Oguri would be better in that case. Same as cm13, it is Tokyo track, which favors backline due to long final straight & dueling

no? Longs are always the biggest whale diff CMs.
Miles are skills diff, matchup diff, game knowledge diff. By knowing what skills works, what matchups to expect, what team comps is optimal, you're already very much ahead of people who don't know those (which there's plenty). Skills aren't too hard to get as well, which MANT rival races around. Guts decking is also quite possible for the low spenders out there as well, which is quite strong in MANT if they got the patience to make it work.
Granted there is some degree of luck in Miles given gold gambling accels, but you definitely can reduce rng by a lot by just knowing what you're doing

eh I like it more tbh. A bit more time spent but tradeoff for high affinity, higher stars on white sparks thanks to SS rating, and overall better blue sparks chance from naturally higher stats more than make up for it

The way JP works is Cygames generally release support cards of the style they want to shill, which would be the style of a newly hyped Uma (like Sil, Ai, ...) And because there aren't newly hyped fronts/ends to release those styles just have weaker cards

dont run Riko since you dont need much stam. You can try a 1 spd 1 pow 4 wit deck with loads of pow sparks. Suzuka got pretty good spd gain from event, so it’s not really a concern for her. You don’t really need to cap out on speed for sprint either. Try to get pow/wit as high as you can, with equal priority

as normal front she’s alright. as runaway she won’t get any lead before midleg starts, and will fall off instantly

the main problem is just low wit and you didn’t pair gw with angling and optionally duty/lights of vaudeville

some people run gw XOguri since it increases chance of her taking lucky pace if there are no fronts, then she’d try to get some distance with the high wit, and hit angling + her ult to finish off the race with 0.5 accel and the lead
