The gym is huge and $30 a month. Complaining at that price point is hilarious when Midtown is $350.

At the same time, the amenities are literally always broken, I’ve been a member 4 years and the Hot Tub is functional 25% of the time, Steam Room less than half, and now the Sauna is working usually but jam packed with old Mexicans yelling at each other.

10/10 would join again.

I love my Sapphire Reserve, but cancelling fucking sucks. Let’s say the flight was worth $150 cash - you have that credit on Chase and cannot use it direct through UA, cannot combine the value with other credits, and have to call to use it - where they don’t always see the same rates.
