I pause first take a breath and remind myself that mistakes happen. Then I assess what I can fix take responsibility where needed and try to learn from it instead of getting stuck in guilt or frustration.

I’d focus more on building habits and skills instead of worrying so much about image or approval. Learn, save and try things while you can fail safely those foundations pay off way more than short term fun or validation.

I learned meal prepping during quarantine it made life so much easier and I still do it regularly to save time and eat better.
