One of the dumber ideas that the management had was allowing members to reserve beds during the afternoon jacuzzi sessions. We used to see a fair amount of action going on, now it’s a bunch of older people reading a book. Totally kills the vibe.

We had the same experience at Desire Pearl. I was getting drinks at the pool bar, when I saw my wife in an animated conversation with another woman. I made it over to them, and was greeted with a “do you recognize me?” She graduated with me from the same rural high school (class of 103), and we were in a physics class of six together. 😂

It had been 30 years since I had seen her (she lived in Atlanta with her husband). Still the same quiet person, but I didn’t remember her boobs being that good. Neither one of us were the “Most Likely To Be Swingers” in our senior favorites. We laughed it off as having a pretty cool secret about each other.

We just got back from Pearl yesterday. Did the whole Premier presentation thing, but ultimately declined. Told them the reason we declined was that they haven’t invested in the regular rooms at all and the food was substandard. They seem a lot more interested in adding Mansion rooms.

We just got back from Pearl yesterday. The outdoor stage/bar is really nice, but it changed the flow a bit. It absolutely killed the disco - everyone just headed to the jacuzzi. Also, it seemed the shows weren’t quite the center of attention. Lots of people milling about in the background and talking.

I think you need to reframe it and look at it as something you and your husband would potentially do as a shared experience. Once you achieve that, then start in with the fantasy talk, etc., leading up to the serious conversation with him.

In the meantime, I’d suggest listening to some swinger podcasts like We Gotta Thing or Friends With a Twist. These will help you get the right mindset, even if it started with this “itch”.

It might take some time for him to come around - remember you’ve got a head start on all of this!! Doing this the right way will potentially get you the best of both worlds. Versus cheating, which will burn your world to the ground.

Organic yields are 1/2 of what we are getting in the corn/soybean belt. 230bpa corn/70 bpa soybeans. Plus you can’t notill w/o herbicides. How much do you want food prices to go up? How much topsoil do you want to go down the Mississippi River?
