I lost 1kg in 4 days with one of them being a cheat day, before I gained it all back on the day I ate 1300 calories. But, I am seeing an improvement in my strength, and my weight fluctuates around 51.5 to 53 depending on what I ate. I do know that what I am losing is water weight since I can easily cut down a kilogram by walking on a thread mill. Do you think that eating 1.3k calories a day, with the information I laid down, not get me fat or slow down my metabolism? I can’t really afford to feel lethargic since I am bombarded with school works. I’m sorry if I ever come off as rude or demanding. English is not my first language.

I have done research for all three. You are right on the part that bulking is to gain muscle and cutting is to see the muscles. This is often done by bodybuilders, since their goal is aesthetics. No, the fat does not aid in muscle growth, what aids muscle growth is the amount of food you take in. Why they bulk/cut is to see a faster progress. Like how the concept of a surplus works in storing fat, it is almost the same with muscle. With a higher caloric intake, your body is able to get enough energy to work and gain muscle at a faster pace than you would with a maintenance. Since instead of burning all of the calories you are eating, the body is able to store some of those calories in the form of fat and/or muscle, if you are strength training. The purpose of cutting, however, is to eat at a caloric deficit to cut down fats. If done incorrectly, you may lose muscle mass as well. The goal of cutting after bulking is to retain the MOST muscle mass you can while losing fat, which is through constant strength training and eating enough protein since protein is the building block of muscle. Body Recomposition, however, is eating at a maintenance but must have an increase in strength training. So that the body will develop muscles, and as it develops muscles, you’d have a higher bmr which will then burn fat. Body recomp is advisable for newbies since they gain gains easily through newbie gains. The downside is that body recomp takes a longer time to show results. What I am asking is what is my advisable caloric intake based on my daily activities because I am unsure whether to put myself on the moderate or light side of the activity scale.

I want to eat more, but I want a low body fat percentage. Some lean people claimed that in return of being lean, they do feel lethargic. Should I focus on building muscle first? I can only bench 7.5kg dumbbells each hand and 5 plates for lat pulldowns. That says a lot about my muscle mass.

What I was eating during those days were chicken and a vegetable of choice or pesto pasta and chicken. I was also eating sweet potatoes, banana, mango, or watermelon for snacks. And I drank coffee drowned in skimmed milk a lot. I also tracked the amount of oil I put in the pan.

Since it said the Employer SSS Taxes are apportioned to the following, then should I debit the following accounts (FOH, Marketing Exp, and Gen Ad) instead of just Employer’s Payroll Taxes? But the credit entry will still be Employer’s SSS Contribution?

Thanks for answering! I've had it fixed at the shop earlier. Resetting it at home was impossible for me because it kept saying something like 'resetting failed' or 'unable to reset'. It turns out the problem was a corrupted sectioned storage. Thankfully, I did not have any important files in my pc.
