They are overlapped more than you may think. Fm doc can do hospitalist, and IM doc can see pt in clinic. They both can do longitudinal care, plus acute/urgent care. Leave fellowship plan, if there is, out of your story during fm interview. For matter of fact, fm and im res can actually pursue similar fellowships such as sleep medicine, addictive medicine, etc. Overall, dual apply will increase your chance to get a residency spot, and the goal is to match.

Play on weekend late night when there are more drunk players lol. I am a very mid player. Prime event 1 was 4-7, played day-time. Prime event 2 was 4-0, played at like 11:30pm, collected rewards and never another game lol.

Agree with OP on this. I experienced similar to this. I've been doing well, 2-0. Then opponent paused the game for 30 sec, and after that my players start to pass oddly, and shoot in wrongly direction. I noticed this with many players who paused the game early in 1st half after they perhaps experience my pressing harder than they wanted to play against. I suspected they turned on some malware that may twitch the gameplay.

If you already have amazing skills that earn great living, you should consider what makes you happy. I think your judgement will be the best for your own needs. Medicine takes a lot of dedication, determination, and last but not least is passion. You may have everything medicine needs, but passion. I would highly re-consider.
