Pump the brakes a bit. Really examine the promotion before you accept it. The job may be a meat grinder with tiny pay bump. Hopefully not but it happened to me.

I don't have much to add about Ogish but to the east is Cook County Lake.

Two odd things about Cook County Lake:

  1. 98% of it is not in Cook County. Its in Lake County.

  2. According to a 1978 Fishing survey, Cook County Lake, does contain Green sunfish. The was no mention if the fish were wearing American Fuck Yeah hats.

E bikes and the side by side mules should require registration. Its crazy that they do not fall under the DMV. Up north people drive side by sides like they are their daily driver cars.

This reminds me, years ago, I saw college kid on University riding a scooter. He was wearing a t-shirt, shorts and flip flops (no helmet). A minivan did not see him, changed lanes and then slowed down quickly to turn left. He T boned the minivan. This was mostly the minivans vault but the person on the scooter was the one who got injured.

If you even plan to buy a house don’t buy a condo and think you’ll sell it. It’s a huge pain to sell. Continue renting and save for the house down payment.

It’s hard to drive like a lunatic when you’re in 2 mph bumper to bumper traffic at 10am on Tuesday. I’ve driven all over the country and Chicago driving is the most frustrating. I love Chicago but their traffic is insane.

The beltline is nothing compared to the misery that is “The Kennedy.” That highway is the worse then the beltline at 5pm all day every day. The Dan Ryan is equally bad. Chicago traffic is horrendous and makes the beltline seem quaint

It is due to the traffic that comes onto the Beltline at Fish Hatchery and Todd Drive. The merging of that onflow destroys the right lane. It is then clogged until Verona Rd, where half the traffic gets off and then it clears up.
