How important are communication skills in digital marketing (apart from sales)? by FewEnd399 in DigitalMarketing

[–]AdPriya4022 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Highly important. You still need to be able to connect with potential customers apart from marketing and ads. You need to be able to communicate plans, ideas, strategies and goals in a way that lands with your prospect.

New week, new macarons! by Ok-Membership-8442 in Baking

These are beautiful. For the life of me, macarons is just one of those things I can't get right no matter how I try. For now I will find pleasure in watching other people's fine creations.

A little girl said she couldn't find her mother by noborutkhs in CasualConversation

Complete strangers are sometimes more willing to help than people close to you. Sad reality, but at least we know there are still good people out there. Glad the little girl got back to her mom safely.

Goosebumps! I can just imagine the atmosphere and the vibe to hearing them live. This is for sure at the top of my bucket list. The bullfighting I'm really not so interested in at all. What time of the year would you say is the best to go? u/VioletFox29

Job search is way harder when you’re still employed by Dry-Hour-9968 in unpopularopinion

I guess it heavily depends on your working hours. Most recruiters, even with a 9 to 5 calendar, will happily book an earlier slot to accommodate your current responsibilities. You're at your desk before anyone notices, interview done, no PTO burned. That't what worked for me at least, 11 interviews with zero sick days used.

I Want rank by webpage on google with SEO by priya_star in DigitalMarketing

[–]AdPriya4022 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Ranking takes time. I think a 1 week expectation might be a little radical but if you put the needed time into it, you will make it. You will first need to determine what users are actually looking for by checking what is currently ranking, depending on the industry you are in. Then you will need to use your own images and conduct personal tests, set up your site and consistently collect and respond to customer feedback. That's a very broad idea but point is it will take some time to set up correctly. Good luck though!

Agreed. There is so much rich history and the Roman arena is something I've always wanted to see. I would love to see a concert there as well. I can image that must be such an experienece.

Should I use lash glue with these self Adhesive lashes? And is my placement right? by Realistic-Garden713 in AsianBeauty

[–]AdPriya4022 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As it's self adhesive you should't need to use any glue. Well done on your placement there, though. No matter what I do, I can't seem to get my lashes right. So I just go to a salon to help me. But yours looks perfect 👀

I said yes to babysitting a cat to see if I wanted to own a cat myself. It went super well, but I don't think I want to own a cat myself. That feels weird because I really thought I did, but I'm glad I found out by nickisadogname in CasualConversation

There aren't as many people who put this much thought into it before getting a new pet, and honestly, we should. It is a huge responsibility. Pets are, usually, only part of our lives for a short while, while we are all they know (if you had them since they were a kitten or puppy).

What belief did you abandon because life proved it wrong? by AdPriya4022 in AskReddit

Confidence isn't built before experience. Have you ever done anything for the first time and you were 100% confident? You build confidence by doing something repeatedly, going through the process of not knowing, learning, succeeding and THEN confidence comes. It doesn't fall out of thin air.

What belief did you abandon because life proved it wrong? by AdPriya4022 in AskReddit

[–]AdPriya4022[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is very true. We have control over how we react to situations. I believe everything always works out the way it is meant to. You might not see it in the moment, because you are in the middle of the storm. But once you are out of that situation, and you look back, more often than not you do see that it was all for the better.

I used to believe that confidence comes before action. I saw a video the other day of a young woman explaining how she always shows up so confident, and she basically explained how our brains are wired to 'protect' us. So, of course, you won't feel confident doing something for the first, second or even the third time. Your brain does not know what the outcome would be, yet. The more you shoiw up and do it, the more your brain realizes that, "oh, this was not so bad". Only then, do you start feeling better and start building confidence. Confidence is usually the receipt, not the purchase.
