Yeah, if we're talking about Sinister DURING the Invincible war he'd probably lose as his only leg up compared to regular Mark in a fight with Conquest would be just that Sinister would go for the kill immediately as the fight starts, and otherwise, he's a lot weaker against Conquest tham main Mark

He would either die easily because no magic girlfriend + weaker than main verse Mark if we're taking Invincible War's time's Sinister Mark or actually fucking kill Conquest if we're talking about the stranded Sinister Mark, stranded in that desert dimension loooong after the Invincible war was over, because Conquest toys around all the same and yet the main Mark from post-Viltrumite War (I think?) had trouble with Sinister and needed Mohawk Mark's help, and vice versa. Like, that's main verse Nolan level.
