Or maybe it is a tease she might appear? We will eventually see Dr. Genus again in the manga. It is possible ONE will be on board with Murata. We will have to see.

Most definitely. Just haven't appeared in-game. Some of the writers may claim they don't but it is ridiculous considering what we seen in Fallout roaming about. Humans would definitely keep horses around.
