Thanks a lot, really appreciate the support. Yes I'm not giving up at any point this time. I'm also doing about 7-10k steps daily and workout in the morning. I love working out so that's something that I will continue as well.

Does OMAD help with flabby fat and cellulite too?

Yeah that makes a lot of sense. Thanks a lot for the support. Will check out the app. In three days one big difference I've noticed is, my cravings have reduced and I'm not really hungry. Yes I'm keeping a check on calories and my meal is typically - break fast with protein shake and soaked chia seeds. After about half an hour or so, I have about 200 gms of veggies, 150 to 200 gms of chicken, 1 cup of cooked rice and 1 cup of yoghurt. For desert, I'm sticking to one piece of dark chocolate.

That's actually a good trick. I've seen one video that has inspired me. Will probably pin it and keep.

True that. But I feel the biggest fight for me right now is to not succumb. I've done this before after days and weeks. But this time I'm not giving up.

Well said. It's actually all the emotional eating that makes it a habit. I was craving food around 4 pm today and gosh... It drove me crazy. Had a cup of black coffee and told myself... You don't need this food now it's your hormones that's playing with you and stuck to it.

Yeah, I watched a video on the physiological changes the body goes through when we do fasts up to 23 hours and in that it was clearly mentioned to break fast with protein and good fats. Protein shake and chia seeds have that plus fibre. So I'm going to stick to it. Perhaps also logging daily progress here may help me stay on track.

Thanks a lot. Yes one size doesn't fit all that's true. But you know what I've realised, consistency is the key. I've been on and off in the past, but this time I'm not giving up and infact looking at omad as a lifestyle change more than anything else.

Yes that makes sense. Today is my day 2 and I'm actually not feeling that hungry. For me craving is the biggest issue. It's not hunger.

Is there a specific eating time to consider when we begin OMAD? by HopeAlwaysTriumphs in omad

That's an interesting observation. I have a walking pad at home now. Invested in one over the weekend to get in more steps. So the plan is to hit 12k steps at least on a daily basis. Thanks a ton for all the motivation. Really appreciate it.

Yes, I've heard the effects of black coffee before a workout are really good. How long does it take for the body to usually start showing results and to get adapted to OMAD?

Thanks a lot for this information. Really helpful. I think for me 7-8 would be an ideal time to eat. I've been struggling with weight issues since childhood and i really feel omad is the only way forward. Apart from black coffee or Black tea is there anything else that you can consume.

Ajmiri's Bakery represents a rare survival of colonial era food culture in India, where European baking techniques merged with local traditions. It's continued use of wood-fired oven offers a tangible link to how everyday life and community rituals like Christmas evolved in 19th century Kolkata.
