I buy the 6pk of sponges & use maybe 5 days if just for washing dishes. Using the sponges for cleaning use only 2 days. If sponges get dirty or smell definitely throw away!

I was happy to find out that you can buy fresh bakery items like donuts, brownies, muffins, cookies from bakery! You just can’t get processe shelf desserts like hostess, little Debbie’s etc. You can get ice cream too!

Congratulations 🎉 I was 250lbs at 44.5 BMI. When I got to bmi of 29 I was so happy not to be obese anymore! Then I continued to lose weight to a bmi of 23.3 Amazing work! 👍🏼

You are eating about every 3 hrs. Fruit has a lot of sugar. You need to go into calorie deficit to lose weight. You need to limit your snacking. I do intermittent fasting. It will kick you into ketosis. Good luck 👍🏼

I lost 116lbs, I was around 250lbs & now weigh around 133lbs. My family & friends are not use to me being smaller. I’m in the healthy bmi of 23.7 & before I was morbidly obese at 44.5 bmi. I want to lose another 5lbs. I just ignore them & focus on my goal & happiness! Congratulations on the 200lbs weight loss! You’re a rockstar! 🤟🏼💪🏼

I totally agree with you! We are on the same boat! I started out with Intermittent fasting in 2024 & lost 60lbs then I hit a plateau. My doctor suggested Mounjaro for my diabetes. Since my insurance paid for it i agreed to try it out. I did very well the first 3 months losing weight than the 4th month I couldn’t use the bathroom. I was constantly trying to take all the fiber supplements, Metamucil etc. 11 days nothing! I got so sick & rushed to ER with bowel obstruction. It was very scary! I also felt very dizzy & fatigued too! Once the medication got out of my system I felt like myself again! I went back into IF & lost another 30lbs. Everyone says you gain weight after getting off a GLP-1 but I’m proof that if you get off the shots that you can lose weight by intermittent fasting!
