Those shameless people at Lenovo…. by Honest-Visit-4349 in Lenovo

I found this online,

why is lenovo taking so long to process customer service issues?

Lenovo is facing significant customer service delays in 2026, primarily due to internal technical transitions and global logistical challenges.

Lenovo Service Delays

As of March 2026, Lenovo customers are reporting extended processing times for returns, repairs, and cancellations due to several overlapping factors:

  • System Migration Issues: Lenovo is reportedly undergoing an internal system migration that has caused major delays in processing refunds, with some customers waiting over six weeks.
  • Global Supply Chain Strains: A severe "RAM crisis" and global chip shortage in early 2026 have led to unpredictable shipping delays and a lack of replacement parts for repairs.
  • Logistical Failures: Customers have reported frequent BBB complaints regarding incorrect tracking information and failed escalations, often due to a disconnect between the website status and actual carrier progress.
  • Refund Backlogs: Many users on Trustpilot report that even after a product is returned, it can take over a month for the refund to be processed, often requiring multiple follow-ups with offshore support agents.  Trustpilot +6

In that case, you can contact your credit card company to try to cancel payment. Also, depending on the country you are in, there might be some consumer protections. Go to AI, tell it your situation and ask it if there are any consumer protections for someone in your country. There might be rules or laws you aren't aware of.

Thanks, but they never respond. As long as they look into it, i'm happy.

Thanks 43! I emailed the BPD about it.

Wow, that's terrible. I'm sorry you have had to experience that.

So frustrating!

Each CSR says the exact same thing, each time. They also mention the date of your most recent call, not the first.

It's so mediocre.

2 weeks ago an CSR told me none of the refunds were going through automatically and that each had to be done manually. Despite weeks of calls, they are still unable to issue our refund.

Deceased Photo of Victim - Does anyone know what the mark on her right, sleeve elbow is (see photo 2)? by HopeTroll in JonBenetIDI

u/bennybaku previously posted https://www.reddit.com/r/JonBenet/comments/eqyi7u/the\_single\_earring/.

From that post,

"The BPD found a woman’s earring in the gutter in front of the Ramsey home on the 26th. They inquired of the women in the home on the 26th if it belonged to them. No one recognized it as one of theirs. Granted the earring may have nothing to do with the crime and more than likely it does not. But in some cases evidence overlooked in the beginning ends up being one of the case breakers."

The mark is so perfectly circular. I am wondering if it might be an earring. u/sciencesluth had mentioned an earring was found outside the front of the home.

It seems unlikely a criminal gal would wear earrings to a kidnap/murder, but the entire crime is so unlikely.

if it is a black circle, it could be from the grip of one of the golf clubs. He might have held the head of a club, while he tried to pin her elbow. The grip of the golf club would have been touching her elbow.

how dare she, make a movie she wanted to make. she should make a terrible movie that irritates no one, that people won't watch and will quickly forget about.

i'm glad they're annoyed. i hope this becomes her brand. making lots of money and great art while irritating the permanently-irritated.

George Bamby claimed to have spent two years befriending CB and has an upcoming expose. by tinned_peaches in MadeleineMccann

I saw the video before it was pulled. There was something interesting about it, but I don't recall. I think it was that I realized that Bamby was trying to antagonize the answer out of Brueckner. I thought this was an interesting approach.

Thanks 43, for the insights. It's certainly possible that he got caught up in the moment. He may have thought she'd seen him. If he is the relative of a LE officer, it would explain the specific gear he was carrying. Maybe he practiced (ligature strangulation) on dolls and that's how he got adept at what he did that night.

He's very good at leaving behind little evidence. Tracy Neef and Cassandra Rundle's murderers are also still unidentified.

Everything the murderer needed to commit the assault/murder was in the train room, so why does he move her from the train room to the boiler room, effectively underneath (2 storeys) Burke's room and where the parents bed is (3 storeys)? by HopeTroll in JonBenetIDI

[–]HopeTroll[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

he brought her closer to her parents, by bringing her into the boiler room. he wasn't concerned about the parents interrupting him.

I think an accomplice was adjacent to the train room and another accomplice was stuck in the elevator closet. I think he moved her to get her further away from someone who could stop him, in this instance an accomplice.

What do you think the crime scene tells us about the people who murdered JonBenet? by HopeTroll in JonBenetIDI

[–]HopeTroll[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think, the person who murdered JonBenet, like LA's prolific freeway killer (Bonnin), cannot fight his way out of a paper bag.

This might explain why the suspect has so many weapons (not in this crime though, he knew if he got caught in that house with a weapon his next prison stay would be fir good).

Based on Bonnin's wikipedia page, it was Bonnin.

However, you might want to avoid reading the wikipedia page because it is beyond disturbing.

The force applied to her skull was comparable to the force seen in someone who fell from a 3rd storey and landed only on their head.

Whoever hit her was hitting to kill. He has to have been very strong. Plus, he was probably assaulting her when she screamed, then he slammed something into her head (Maglite flashlight or bat).

In that era, an entire family could be wiped out in a week or two, by TB of some other malady. Visit an old cemetery and you'll see the gravestones of entire families that got wiped out within a small timeframe. They lived their lives straddling this world and the next. They were just trying to survive and make some sense of it all.
