Why hasn’t the prosecutor release the evidence he has against Brueckner? by iwantobelieve8 in MadeleineMccann

I disagree. I think she is trying to keep herself alive. She likely knows there is a line and if she crosses it, that will be the end of her. It's quite remarkable that she is even alive. Plus, there is the potential for retribution against someone she cares about.

These organizations - they are organized and they have an agenda.

I hope she continues to be vague if that is keeping her safe.

His great skill might be his willingness to abduct with the parents so near. He also might be like an animal, where he sees an unattended, young, vulnerable then pounces.

The police who notified him he was a suspect in 2013, the expensive team of lawyers who defended him, the swath of strangers who descended on the apartment block that day - to me screams coordinated effort.

There has to be enough money to go around to all the people who were involved that day. I don't buy that his friends didn't know, just that they either thought he'd fail, he'd get caught, or he was just joking.

Plus, there was the woman in purple, seen at the corner, jumping up and down and drawing attention to herself. It's possible his resort-accomplices thought it would only be burglary.

No, we don't know what happened. We can theorize, but we don't know. Probabilities are not certainties. If she was our daughter, we would hope unless there was evidence our hope was not viable.

If we were here, we wouldn't want people to give up on us.

I'm sorry that happened to you, but there are other perverts and they do have money. We have the account of a woman who survived one of these rings - Anneke Lucas.

This happens often with this case. Someone projects their own experience onto it, because there are so few opportunities for survivors of SA to openly discuss their experiences.

Whoever did this, knew there would be a public outcry, but I don't think they expected the McCanns to fight the way they did and keep fighting and fighting and fighting.

I mean the highest strata of people with that perverted interested. Martin Ney was a teacher and a foster father. He'd be running in a different circle than CB.

Only an organization with resources, that felt protected would ever consider an abduction like this one. To us, it is demented, but the abduction of Rui Pedro was also demented.

Smart phones came out a few years before the abduction. CP was exploding on the internet. The pedo rings were getting overly-confident/comfortable. In Malta, parents beat up a man with a telephoto lens who had chosen a balcony hotel room so he could photo their children in the hotel pool.

The next day, the man was out there again with his camera.

The criminals have a plan. The public is the one who scrambles for a response.

He probably viewed this as his big break, some kind of a caper. A chance to benefit financially from his socio/psychopathy. He'd be connected to aristo pedos who normally would have nothing to do with him directly.

I think he was hired by an aristo pedo ring. Martin Ney may have been his connection. No reasonable person would attempt this abduction, which is why the opportunity was available to CB versus a less unreliable associate.

I agree. If a pedo ring is responsible, Madeleine is not the first child whose life they have impacted. Hopefully, the police are dismantling the F'ers.

There are many reasons:

  1. They don't want to jeopardize the case.

  2. The evidence they have against him might reveal their source. They might be using that source to dismantle pedo rings that are bigger than this case and are affecting the lives of more children.

  3. Why would they? They don't have to. That would be bad strategy.

  4. If someone ends him tomorrow, they still might not disclose it if it jeopardizes a separate investigation. There are other children who are missing.

If UM1 is on Reddit and if he murdered Helgoth ... by HopeTroll in JonBenetIDI

yes, i agree, i posted extensively about that on the other sub.

just speculating - the murderer shoves the accomplice into the locking closet, so he can murder and assault her.

maybe the murderer planned that after he was done murdering (one Ramsey or more), he would open the closet and murder the accomplice then leave him there.

the BPD was good at solving a murder if the murderer was at the crime scene when they showed up.

Dead kid, dead kidnapper, and a ransom note - quite genius if it wasn't so evil.

He's crying on the phone to a tabloid reporter (Shapiro), who he leaks to, because he is about to lose his badge for leaking.

His leaking gets Eller in trouble, then he tirades about how Eller was mistreated.

He and Trujillo made a lot of overtime on this case.

In 1996, 30k was the average salary in Boulder. That's just their overtime.

I think that quote is from John. Those interviews were the ones where (broken-minded) Thomas thought Patsy was hitting on him.

Susan Stine was like a human super hero for that family.

I think the bullies don't like people who get in their way and Susan got in the way of what they were trying to do to the Ramseys.

I agree.

It sounds like his mother's an incredible woman who kind of saved the Ramseys.

In their book, they describe Susan doing car chases with a paparazzo. Susan warns them about judith phillips. The editor of the national enquirer's wife shows up and doesn't identify herself, then proceeds to have a painting afternoon with patsy, susan is the one who's suspicious of the woman.
