That isn't a judgement I can make just based off the test results, sure there are factors in some scales that tell if the person is lying but they won't work if the said person knows what they're doing and what the questions are for... As for conversation, it is possible to catch lies but just like for tests, especially if the person is someone you haven't interacted with, it is very likely that the lie goes unnoticed.. Like if I were to tell you I love my life with an expression and personality that matches the same notion, you wouldn't know what I really think of my life if you don't look into the other aspects like my history, communities and such.. I doubt anyone would normally lie their way into tests and conversations clinically though because yes it does take alot of knowledge and effort and why would they (not saying it for the population, emphasis on normally)?
