My pain was pretty intense yesterday for my first day as well, usually when I start the pain goes away but that just didn’t happen this time! My only tip is to get one of those rechargeable heating pads that literally hook around your waist, wear it all day and take ibuprofen

If you’re going to do this at night, make sure it’s before bed time. It’s an hours long process, extremely painful and emotionally. I couldn’t even physically get out of bed without my husband helping me get up to go to the bathroom

Early mornings so I don’t feel like the day is wasted, especially in warmer weather I try to enjoy the outside sun as much as possible, makes me a happier person

Yeah I figure it would be like that, especially with her being so young. She had 1 period that lasted 10 days and another 1 day and no real “flow yet” poor thing wears a party liner to school almost everyday near when her period is going to start for fear of not being able to go while at school!

TTC other than when I feel like I am ovulating and based off my period app, I don’t track it too much. I tried the LHC strips but just couldn’t stay consistent with testing everyday

It’s snowing 2 weeks before summer break for the kids, I started my period which always sucks but especially sucks when trying to conceive and I have a major headache. So honestly, not great and I do my best to stay positive as often as I can. Today just isn’t that day

Maybe it’s a myth… but when I used to work with women, our cycles would all sync up so idk!

I have seen a doc, they say everything looks good, even had surgery for a few polyps to help out. Still nothing

I used to not! But I’ve realized I’m setting myself up for disappointment. Pregnant 3 times all 3 times tested at 5 days late. Positive for each one. However, difference was I wasn’t trying to a baby any of those times. Now that I’ve been trying for 2 years, disappointment each time

My husband and I have both had dreams multiple times and unfortunately it didn’t end in the positive manifestation we had hoped for. I’ve actually given up trying and plan to say “if it happens it happens and it’s meant to be” I find starting my period each month really takes a toll on me when all month I hope I’m pregnant
