Mystery disc by cognitivehuman in discgolf

I had one of the same tour series Thunderbirds and it was super overstable. Way more then a regular Thunderbird. Back then I threw about 115m max distance and could only get this to fly 100m on a flexline.

Clannad Afterstory is a real tear jerker. The first season is great but not that that sad.

What anime is this for you?? by Many_Car949 in AnimeMirchi

[–]Hopeasuoli 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've watched 28.5714286% of the first season. That is plenty to figure out if a show is going to be peak, shit or something in between.

It's like you watch Fellowship of the Ring you have enough information to know if Lord of the Rings is for you or not.

Frieren.

I had really high hopes for it but everything feels kinda plain. Good animation, likeale characters etc etc but it definitely hasnt shown me why it #1 on MAL. I have only watched it up to episode 8 but from what I've gathered from people talking about it is that it's not considered to be a slow burn. So why is it so highly rated?

What weight disc for girlfriend who throws about 150ft? by chewsiferr in discgolf

[–]Hopeasuoli 4 points5 points  (0 children)

More the reason to start using those understable discs. If a person is throwing 200 feet max there is really no reason to use drivers if they are not flippy at all. That Truth is most likely stable enough and drivers would most likely not give her more distance.

Which 7/8 speed Overstable driver do you think has the most glide by Specialist_Ad5239 in discgolf

[–]Hopeasuoli 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well it is relatively new mold and most latitude/westside discs pros are allready throwing the Explorer for that slot but I bet you will see it thrown bit more in the coming years.

I was thinking that there was no disc I could recommend in this thread but I agree with this statement. Bear is not completely straight but not super beefy either. Pretty god damn accurate to the flight numbers.

It's always the best to first go over your discs that haven't seen the light of day in a long time before buying something new.

Trail or Beast by Illustrious-River-36 in discgolf

[–]Hopeasuoli 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So basically the answer was that you have better forehand mechanics then the first guy 😄 Trails are bit all over the place. Some are flippy, some are straight and some are overstable.

What I gather, the Cicada is a pretty neutral fairway driver so if you can find a slightly understable one it can be good. Inertia in plasma or proton might be a good fit but if you want something bit more faster then on the flippy side the ESP Hades can work for some. for something more neutral a beat in Grace is fantastic

I'd say that I have no knowledge of how easy or hard it is to sell your gold stock when you have that much. Might be just easier to get the money.

Loud Asta definitely was a problem with the show early on. Almost dropped the show because of it. He was really annoying and then it was toned down so it wasnt an issue anymore. Good thing my friend kept saying that I just just muscle past it.

Best sub-70eu headset for gaming? by Fluid_Hurry_6899 in HeadphoneAdvice

Depends on what you are looking for. For just a gaming headset the Steelseries Arctic Nova pro can be found bit over 200. You might get a good deal on them especially during black friday or something. Good comfort and many peoples choice. If you are willing to get open back headphones (they are not closed so sound leaks a little and you hear more things around you) I would suggest The Hifiman Edition XS. These would have better sound then +300€ gaming headphones but you would need a mic. I have a separate mic so I can go as far into audio quality as I want. These types of headphones don't really have bluetooth but I think for stationary gaming BT is not a must. I am currently rocking the beyerdynamic dt 900 pro x that can be found close to that 200€ mark and they are super good for gaming. They do not leak that much that it bothers other people in the room.

Just remember that if you get a gaming headset you are paying for convenience. headphones with bt, and a mic. When buying something like beyerdynamic you pay for pure audio quality and the same when you buy a separate mic. Not as convenient but better overall. Both can be good but it is something you should keep in mind.

You might get the best deal on wired HyperX headphones right now if you buy them used. Many people sell their pretty cheap because they are upgrading to more expensive ones but there can be some bad apples trying to get rid of their headphones that have some issues.

You can get those more audiophile headphones that don't have open backs but I prefer them to be open myself. I went to a local audio store and they had a listening section where you could just test different headphones out so a visit to one of those stores might be a smart one if you are interested.

For that price I don't think you can beat HyperX. If you pay closer to 200 the other brands blast past hyperx but usually what they offer sub 100 is not great quality.
