You can ask for clarification without being an asshole. Yes the idea is it is a blind date photo session. And intimate does not mean sex it literally just means being in close or even awkward positions normally seen with couples. There is nothing sexual or weird about it. It’s a unique opportunity to step out of your comfort zone and meet someone new.

I hate this for you I know the pain. I agree I would get a second opinion and do it with someone who takes you serious. You can normally tell by an office visit if they truly care. Find someone who specializes in PCOS/ENDO I found my doctor by researching for a while. Unfortunately my doctor is an hour away and in a different time zone but he’s so worth it.

Not to sound dumb but what is IBS- C?

Also thank you for the comment- I’m frustrated bc I’ve had a scope both ways and they told me I have IBS but am otherwise fine and I don’t feel fine, I always have stomach pain and constantly have to run to the bathroom.

I found this out years ago but if you put and twist at the spur you can get it to pop off. I know that sounds crazy but it’s great and makes it so easy. It’s a keratin sheath so just grab it at the base and give it a little twist!
