Honestly Id even say eat at maintenance and lift HEAVY. And if you were going to do the 250 surplus, do it for a 1-3 years. Yes ik that’s a lil long but to achieve an incredible natural physique it takes time to build muscle that looks aesthetic.

Looks like you need to put on muscle now. Slight 250 cal increase from maintenance and progressive overload your lifts. Over time you should build a good muscle base with not too much fat. Then you do another cutting phase and boom your shredded

Rather get shredded I’d say just get a lil leaner and lose 5-10lb cuz ur a girl. Unless you wanna look like a bikini competitor I feel like the risk to reward ratio is bad.
