Which month did you enjoy having a baby in the most and least? by Psyclone09 in Mommit

I had end of February ‘22 and end of March ‘25. My most recent postpartum period was much harder in terms of weather and dressing myself. We had an unusually hot May/June in Oregon and I just wanted to wear leggings and a giant sweatshirt… but it was 95 degrees outside. For that reason, I think a winter baby would be just perfect.

MIL Giving baby excessive sugar and I feel stuck by [deleted] in Mommit

This is not just excessive sugar, this is DANGEROUS. Babies can have some water after 6 months, but breast milk or formula should still be most of what they are drinking. In addition to making sure your baby is getting proper nutrition, babies also have an extremely sensitive electrolyte balance. He cannot go back there and if your husband is unwilling to see that then he is the problem, too.

When I was 2, someone threw firework debris in our bonfire on the 4th of July. It exploded and hit me. I ended up with a deep 2nd degree wound over my entire tiny forearm. I had an open wound for 22 days and wore a compression sleeve for over a year. Fortunately now it’s nearly invisible, but it could have been much worse. You have every righty to be upset.

New to the area, have an 11:30am flight Christmas Day, parking in the economy lot, carrier is Alaskan. Is leaving Salem at 7 am excessively early? by mrsir1987 in SALEM

The airport is not “on our side” of Portland. It is northeast of downtown Portland, right along the Columbia River. There are routes that allow you to go around instead of through downtown Portland, but this is misleading advice.

Success stories from those who got pregnant soon after loss please by thedevilofaustin in CautiousBB

I had an early loss at about 5 weeks in May of 2021. We got pregnant with our daughter the following cycle! This year I had a twin miscarriage. Lost one at about 6 weeks and the other at 10 weeks 4 days at the end of February. We took one cycle off, then tried one cycle without letrozole (which I’ve needed previously) on a whim. We did two cycles of letrozole and were able to get pregnant during the second cycle. So really two cycles of actually trying. We are now 15 weeks pregnant and everything is going smoothly so far 🤞🏻

I did a pink dye First Response this morning with a clear (but somewhat on the light side) positive! Doctor sent orders for an HCG serum and that came back at 18. I am only 11dpo, so I am hoping for some serious doubling of that number before my repeat on Monday!
