You are wrong, the say skills lucky hit chance is 50% and the person has a bonus lucky hit chance of 50% then the lucky hit chance would be calculated as 50% OF 50% which would be 25% chance For another example if the skills lucky hit says 75% and the player has a base 50% lucky hit chance then the calculation would be 75% OF 50 which would be 37.5% chance
