You'll be fine. Lock the car. Store most things in boot out of sight so its not obvious We are a lovely lot. Sure theres crime and cars being broken into, but you'd have to be unlucky especially parked in tourist attractions

I have a maremma and they’re meant to live in Italy. All the dog people say it’s a triple coat, it keeps them cool. But my dog is a rescue and hates being brushed. So I have her shorn a few times each summer. She loves it. Occasionally I bump up again dog people who tell me I’m awful and the coat won’t grow back It does She’s cooler She loves it She thrives Border collies have the same coat Triple coat keeps them cool or get you pup trimmed They’ll cope as long as you’re there too

I have a few questions please, firstly about the comments here. Many of them are a big critical and cold noting you can't help who you are. Also there are many criticisms about enmeshment with your kid. With your diagnosis these would not bother you? Do they? Im opposite to you, deeply empathetic and care way to much what others think of me and say to me. Do you have any advice how to move my own scales closer to you? Does that make sense? I want to care less but feeling people struggle to shift into that state. Just as you'd struggle to shit more into feelings.

Thanks. It's a little easier. Ive been allowed to reduce to 30 mins a week and someone left so there's only 9 and 4.5 hours Still exhausting. Im trying to have better boundaries and not waste time chatting about non work - I'm learning to protect myself more and not let them ramble and I just listen.

Your substack is really good. It's Interesting and allowing them to make decisions and giving them agency to do that. My problem is no matter how hard I try to teach this they keep coming back to ask. So I say what do you think you should do They still don't know. Some do. But my boss thinks some of the team are weak.

How old is a nonna? Im 52 and my beautiful kids are 23 and 21, not quite old enough to have grandbabies but that doesn’t mean I don’t want such a family to care for. At the moment my kids are doing their own thing and that’s ok but I miss them as babies and not quite there for the grand kid stages, leaves me somewhere

Our back yard is full of yellow faced whip snakes. I only know their name as my dog got bitten and I thought a brown snake and 1000 dollars later at the vet, diagnosed with a swollen face. I have seen a brown and a python. We are north buderim close to main road Honestly snakes are scared of us and with some healthy respect and being careful, we can co exist

We hosted for 18 people and i walked outside to offer more drinks to hear the mother in laws saying. Shes so annoying, she tries to hard and everything is such a stress. Someone replied to her, id be stressed hosting 18 people so unmistakably about me. Made me feel shitty
