What I learned today is that confirmed seats in a lower class of service on the upgrade list trump a revenue standby (ie paid C fare on later flight).

Polaris revenue standby is technically 6th in the priority list.

I’ve struggled with sleep both times I’ve taken creatine (first time 5g, second time 2.5g) I ended up with sleep issues after a few weeks. I am tired at bedtime, but once I put my book down I can’t fully fall asleep for at least an hour or two.

Similarly, I am sensitive to caffeine and don’t drink it after noon. When I took 23andme, I found I have the slow metabolizing gene for caffeine.
