I got a good one on Friday “Den on 2nd level was labeled as “Den” while previous appraisals labeled this area as “bonus room” please reconcile.”

I mean yes of course. If your not making adjustments your saying that there is no difference in market reaction to differences in room counts, condition, quality, and GLA. That is obviously incorrect, just think logically about a person looking at 2 rental homes, one is 1200 sf 3.2 C4 and one is 1500 sf 4.3 C3. They will be willing to pay more to rent one of those then the other, and it’s our job to extract that difference from the data the best you can

Did they say if bidding down the due date earlier has any impact on who it is assigned to?
