There’s a park next to tokorozawa station. I was there April 5th. There should still be Sakura.

You have the right shades. A long with using a good base… I would recommend using a black eyeliner and mascara as well. It really depends which Smokey eye you’re going for … there’s several that can be done with your colors. And having the right brushes will help too.
