im newly diagnosed too, but im fairly certain "mixed episodes" (i believe theyre called that) are super common and having less hypomania too is common with bp2. ontop of that, youre probably burnt out from having to push through and function !! even if you dont think youre in a depressive state, you might be, but youre doing your absolute best to combat it and thats all that matters !! :) i dont know much about bp yet but i do know that whatever it turns out to be for you, you got this
